Group Off Leash Fun
A guaranteed full one hour dog walk from fully trained and insured walkers in a compatible small group of maximum four dogs at a range of safe and secure local dog parks.
We are one of the longest established services on the Northern Beaches and our approach is all about maximum fun and attention in the safest possible environment. Frenchs Forest dog park is fully fenced and a fun, safe place for the dogs to express themselves!
Walk With Friends On Leash
A full one hour dog walk from fully trained and insured walkers in a compatible small group of maximum four dogs at a range of fun and interesting locations.
You and/or your dog may not be a fan of the dog park but still likes to soclialise. This hour long on leash option with up to three other dogs provides a safe and fun option. We go to a variety of places including shady paths, coastal walks and dog friendly beaches.
Seniors “Sniff & Stroll”
A great option for the older crew. A one hour dog walk from fully trained and insured walkers in a compatible small group of maximum four dogs at a range of fun and interesting locations.
A one hour stroll is great for stimulation which seniors benefit from without the craziness of the dog park. For the dog who prefers to stretch their legs and had a good sniff, whilst soclialising with the co-agers. We go to a variety of places including shady paths, coastal walks and dog friendly beaches.

Our goal is to make the dogs in our care as happy as possible by helping to relieve some of the common issues facing dogs and owners in today’s busy lifestyle. Our Prices
Your dog is picked up and taken to the park for a full hours exercise with a maximum of three other dogs, minimising time spent in the van. We then finish off with water and a treat before delivering them home happy and content ready for your return.

We cover a limited area on the Northern Beaches including Manly, Seaforth, Frenchs Forest, Balgowlah, Freshwater to ensure your pets travel time is kept to a minimum amount of time in the van and maximum amount of time having fun!

We assess your dogs personality and temperament to see which of our existing dog walking groups would best suit them. This way your dog will have the best fun with similar dogs ensuring they are not stressed out or overwhelmed by dogs that are not a good match. Quality and Experience
Petmates is one of the longest running dog walking services on the Northern Beaches. The owner and operator, Tracey, has qualifications in Canine Behaviour and Training, Advanced award in practical dog handling skills, Double grade distinction in animal behaviour and handling and has attended specialist dog first aid training. She has a real passion for pets and strives to run a quality business focusing on your pets health and wellbeing.
Maximum of four dogs each walk
We believe that large groups of dogs can be stressful for some dogs and the legal limit for a group of dogs in the care of one person is four. We also believe you cannot effectively care for or control larger groups of dogs in a safe way. This means your dog gets maximum care and attention when on their walk ensuring they are safe, secure and having maximum fun!
We walk your dog for a full hour
We want you to get the best value for money, that’s why we guarantee your dog gets a full hours walk. This is the time spent at the park, running and having fun not sitting in a van with a load of other excited dogs. Transport time is in addition to this meaning you get value for money and a happy, tired and content dog when you get home.
