Rates shown below are basic service charges. Each pet's requirements are tailored and rates may vary.

FREE OF CHARGE
- Key collection during introductory meeting (collection at any other time $15)
- Administration of provided worming and flea treatments
- Photo and activity report of your pet (a client favourite!)
- Update TXT while you are away
- Petting and play time
- Basic grooming (where appropriate)
- Cleaning kitchen work tops and pet areas after use
- Clearing litter trays or dog waste
- Fish or bird feeding (when part of cat/dog minding)
- Water indoor plants
- Post brought in, council bins taken out
- Curtain and lighting changes for that lived-in look
- Card and gift for pet birthdays

Additional Charges
- Key collections at any other time: $15
- Extra pet each visit: $5
- Extra dog each walk (limited to 2 dogs): $12
- Public Holidays: charged at double rate
includes: Easter 2nd - 5th April, Xmas 25th - 27th Dec, 31st Dec & 1st Jan - Special trip fee if pet care items run out (E.g food, litter etc.) $15
- Emergency vet transportation (plus waiting time @ $10 per 15 mins) $20
How to pay
Bookings less than $150: Full payment is due at time of booking.
Bookings more than $150: 50% deposit at time of booking, balance to be paid by first day of service or per job basis.
Payment Methods: cash, electronic transfers, direct deposits, money orders or cheques.
* Add another dog from the same household on the same walk for only an additional $12. Applies for up to an additional 2 dogs maximum.
^ Limited time offer, this offer may be withdrawn at any time and applies to the first walk booked by a new client (minimum booking of 3 walks).
